EVALUATION OF ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF BRAZILIAN CERRADO FRUITS IN VITRO

O objetivo deste estudo foi determinar a avaliação da atividade antioxidante in vitro das polpas do cerrado brasileiro, com o de identificar qualidade dessa matéria-prima. Após recebimento dos frutos, as foram removidas manualmente e avaliadas por meio radical livre DPPH, compostos fenólicos teor ácido ascórbico. Para obtenção extratos, secas trituradas extraídas etanol (95%) 30 minutos, na proporção 1:4 (polpas:álcool etílico), sob agitação contínua, à temperatura ambiente. Em seguida, misturas filtradas os sobrenadantes submetidos evaporador rotativo pressão reduzida 40oC. As frutos brasileiro apresentaram relevante podem ter efeitos positivos saúde humana, reduzindo incidência doenças e, portanto, prolongando expectativa vida população.
